Our comprehensive 10-week, 800 curriculum hour, licensed government training program will introduce each student to all the expected duties of a butler, personal assistant, valet, house, and estate manager.
As the Training Director, you will develop and modernize the existing training curriculum of The International Butler Academy, deliver and manage the corporate standards. Develop and manage a team of highly dedicated trainers. Together with the CEO and all other staff of the Academy, you are responsible for bringing The International Butler Academy to the next level and maintain the lead as the #1 Butler training institute in the world.
What You'll Do:
Build a dedicated trainer team with existing and new instructors.
Modernise training standards and introduce exceptional training methods
Develop a style guide for training materials and ensure all trainee facing materials are consistent with that guide
Implement different training and facilitation styles in lesson plans to maximize engagement and retention
Review feedback from training sessions with direct reports to identify and implement improvements
Provide training to our students and clients alike
What You'll Need
Bachelor's of Hotel Management or any relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a training role, preferably in Hotel or Butler training
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
High-level English is a must, German, Dutch a plus
