Education

After its recent renovation, the former Institut d' Anatomie at Université de Liège is now one of #Liège's foremost language centres. On rue de Pitteurs, you can now find the #ULiège faculties of Traduction et Interprétation (Translation and Interpretation), l’Institut Supérieur des Langues Vivantes (ISLV), Institut Confucius de Liège (Chinese languages, culture and society) and the Centre d'Études japonaises - Université de Liège (Japanese Studies Centre).

This new linguistic formation centre offers courses for twelve different languages. The building, bigger, and more efficient in regards to sustainability holds both day and night classes through the week on Saturdays as well.

The total cost of this new language centre is estimated to be 8 million euros, half of which was financed by a subsidy from Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles/Officiel.
