Belgium's national cycling coach, Rik Verbrugghe, unveiled part of the Belgian group for the World Cycling Championships that will take place in Yorkshire at the end of the month (22 to 29 September). Philippe Gilbert from #Verviers in the #EuregioMeuseRhine is one of a selection of cyclists that are already certain to be heading over to England. Belgium being part of the world top-10, has the right to supply eight riders at the start of the race scheduled for Sunday 29 September which covers a distance of 285km. Source: RTC Liège
